What started as a personal binder grew into Australia's most carefully curated Pokémon TCG store. Every card we sell, we'd happily own ourselves.
Orders
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as we hand the parcel to the courier.
As long as your order hasn't shipped, yes. Email us at support@pokecards.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out within an hour during business hours.
We list every card from every set so you can see what we'd carry — even when we're between restocks. Cards marked "Out of Stock" return regularly. Use the "In Stock Only" toggle in the shop to filter to just what's available right now.
Shipping
Every single card ships in a penny sleeve, then a toploader, then a team bag, then a rigid mailer. High-value cards (over $100) get an additional cardboard sandwich and signature-required tracked post.
Yes — we ship worldwide via Australia Post International Tracked. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your country.
AU domestic standard tracked: $7.50 flat. AU express: $12.50. Free domestic shipping on orders over $100. International rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Card Conditions & Grading
Near Mint (NM): Pack-fresh, no visible wear. Lightly Played (LP): Minor edge wear or whitening on close inspection. Moderately Played (MP): Visible play wear, no creases. Played (PL): Heavy wear, may have creases. Every card is photographed individually so you see exactly what you're getting.
Yes — graded cards are listed in their own category with the slab grade clearly shown. We do not break slabs.
Every card is checked against official print runs by our in-house team before listing — including UV light, weight, and texture verification on high-value singles. We've never knowingly sold a counterfeit, and never will.
Returns & Refunds
If a card arrives in worse condition than listed, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll refund or replace it. We don't accept returns for change-of-mind on graded singles, but unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days.
Photograph the parcel and the cards immediately on arrival, then email us. We'll replace damaged cards from stock or issue a full refund within 48 hours.
Stock & Restocks
Most do — we restock weekly as new singles come in from packs, trades, and collection buyouts. The catalog stays visible so you can browse what we carry; create an account to get notified when a specific card is restocked.
Absolutely — email us with the card name and set, and we'll add it to our want list. If we source it, you get first refusal on the listing.
